The second edition of Legends for Laadli event would be hosted at the prestigious Tata Theatre, NCPA on Tuesday 5th November at 7PM. Legendary Sitar Maestro Ustad Shujaat Khan would be lending his support to the cause of girl child. Ustad Shujaat Khan, a seventh generation musical prodigy from the illustrious line of musical heritage of Ustad Imad Khan & Sahebad Khan, began his journey in the public eye at the tender age of six and has continued to enthrall us all for decades with his mellifluous voice in a style known as gayaki ang—imitative of subtleties of the human voice and masterful play.The legend himself will be gracing the occasion and casting a soulful spell for the evening with his brilliant compositions and ballads.
Banyan Tree is joining us as the event partner and NCPA as venue partner. The venue has a seating capacity of 1000+ and we expect many luminaries, corporate, media and NGO representatives to be attending the event.
